Preventative and Proactive Care Against Fraud, Waste is an annual continuing education training program for direct care workers who support individuals under Arizona's Long-Term Care Aging Physical Disabilities (APD) program.

This video is designed to help direct care workers recognize and report abuse, neglect, fraud, and waste. It covers the causes of abuse and explains how to report it once identified. Additionally, caregivers will learn about caregiver burnout, how to recognize it, and how it can lead to abuse.
